The New Jersey Pharmacists Association will be offering the APhA Immunization Certificate Training Program for Pharmacists: Live training session March 9, 2025 with In-person injection technique assessment at the Annunciation Center, St. Elizabeth University, 2 Convent Rd., Morristown, NJ

Live virtual instructor-led training and injection technique assessment: Sunday, March 9, 2025: 8:30 AM - 4:30PM
Note: home study component of the program MUST be completed using the APhA eLearning portal, prior to attendance at the live class. After completing a registration, an NJPhA confirmation email is sent to the learner. Please check spam/junk folder if you do not receive the confirmation in a timely manner. The confirmation has instructions to create your APhA learner account and a link to the APhA eLearning portal which is used to complete the components of the home study modules of the course. Please follow the directions carefully and completely. Registering for the course, does not enroll you in the program. It is a separate step. NJPhA provides access to the course only. The course materials are housed on the APhA portal. APhA developed the content and the modules. After creating an account (an APhA membership is not required to create an eLearning account) and enrolling in the program, complete the components in succession. The home study modules MUST be completed before the live virtual session on March 9, 2025.
Training Consent and eLearning Steps:
The APhA Certificate Training Program hosted by the New Jersey Pharmacists Association will be offered for pharmacists on March 9, 2025 and it includes with injection technique assessment. It is an in-person, live session. By registering for the program, you agree to complete the required modules of the course, participate in the live virtual session on March 9, and other components.
Additionally, you agree to complete the post-activity modules on the APhA portal following the live activity. Credit and completion documentation is provided by APhA through the eLearning portal used for the home study mnodules. The learner is responsible for claiming credit for the course from APhA and creating a certificate of completion, if desired. Neither the credit nor the certificate are provided automatically (APhA instruction provided online).
Credit for completion of the certificate program will only be granted by APhA to participants who complete the self-study requirements, are verified as physically present throughout the duration of the live session, complete the skills process with a passing assessment, and receive a passing score on the online post-test.
Notes: The course modules are linked and are required to be completed in sequence. For example, the home study must be completed prior to the live session on March 9 or you will be unable to access the live session training materials. The home study has 12 hours of content. Please allow ample time to complete it in advance of the March 9 live program. The live session requires your presence and participation in the full day training.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel after you enroll and access the online training modules, you will be charged an additional fee of $125 which is the fee assessed to NJPhA by APhA for access to the self-study program, regardless of the amount of the self-study component you completed.
